I received
my diploma in Interior Design in 1985, and have since
practiced as a free-lance residential interior designer.
My professional affiliations are with the
Société des designers d'intérieur
du Québec, and Interior Designers of
Canada.
Whether I am designeing furniture, window
coverings, or cushions, it is important that everything
come together to create an exciting interior. I love
using hand-made pieces whenever appropriate as I think
accessories such as needlework cushions add great warmth
and appeal.
The
most important and gratifying aspect of my work is
producing an interior that reflects my client's budget,
needs, and tastes. I am not interested in repeating the
same design formula over and
over.
